My obsession with jewelry began as a child, when my mother would bring me to antique jewelry shops every weekend (hello Lang’s in San Francisco!). After graduating from college, I designed baby clothing and briefly worked in interior design. Sarah and I started AURORO because of our shared passion for fine jewelry, Mother Earth and the ethos of buying quality pieces and owning less.

Sup. I’m Sarah. I live in San Francisco, the land of technology. I started AURORO with one of my best friends, Tiffany, because we believe in owning jewelry that has life, a story, and will last lifetimes. Together, we are relentless in our pursuit to design and make quality pieces. We believe in spending more and owning less. We personally handpick all our vintage and estate pieces and I wouldn’t stock it if I wouldn’t rock it.

All AURORO fine pieces are thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in Los Angeles using recycled gold and vintage gemstones as often as possible. For non-recycled metal we use gold that is sourced from fair trade, fair mining organizations. We have limited runs of these pieces and will never mass produce so they remain special. We design whimsical, unique, luxe and NEVER stuffy fine jewelry. We keeps it real.
VINTAGE
Our goal is to reduce the need to continually mine for gold and stones, which has enormous environmental impacts to our Earth. This is why we will always focus on vintage and local handcrafted pieces - the sustainable and environmentally friendly way to buy fine jewelry.
